Chilled squirrel gives you 48 hours from the time you receive your e-bike to test it. If for whatever reason you don't like it you may return it to us for a 100% Refund. 

No Questions asked.

The only pre-requirements are:  

1. You would need to first pay with your order so that we can go ahead and prepare your e-bike - either by building or converting an existing bicycle. 

2. After you receive your electric bike and for whatever reason you'd like to return it that you please let us know the reason by email or phone call  within 48 hours of receiving it. 

3. That you return the e-bike in in the same condition we supplied it to you in.
